Home Made Choc Chip Icecream Recipe

Icecream

Ingredients (Serves 10)

- 600ml of Whipping Cream

- 395g can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

- 200g block of Cadbury Hazelnut Chocolate

- 2x 50g Violet Crumble's

- 1x packet of Arnott's Malt 'O' Milk Biscuits


OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

- Any Chocolate of your choice

- Cocoa

Let's Cook this thing!

Step 1 (The Bottom)

- Get a container that will evenly fit the size of the biscuits, and lay them out in rows right next to eachother as it appears in the image.

Step 2 (Choccing)

- Chop up the block of Cadbury Hazelnut chocolate and the Violet Crumbles into small pieces.

Step 3 (Pouring)

- Pour the entire contents of the Whipping Cream into the bowel.

- Pour in the can of condensed milk, and use a spoon to make sure you get everything out of the can and into the mixing bowel.

Step 4 (Whipping)

- Use a small hand mixer or a large mixer if you have one, and stir the mix on high speed for about 5 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy, (until it doesn't create waves when you stir)

Step 5 (Combining)

- Pour the chopped chocolates into the whipped up cream mix.

Pouring

Step 6 (Stirring)

- Use a spoon to mix the chocolate evenly through the whipped cream..

Step 7 (Pouring)

- Pour the mix over the layed out biscuits in the container.

Step 8 (Smoothing)

- Use something to smooth out the mix so that the surface becomes flat and evenly distributed.

Step 9 (Top Layer)

- Add the top layer of biscuits like so, and make sure they align up with the bottom row of biscuits.

FINAL STEP (Freezing)

- Put the lid onto your container and put it in the freezer overnight.

- Make sure you leave it on a flat surface so that the mix stays even.

- The next day, enjoy the best icecream you've ever tasted!
