Ingredients (Serves 2)

- 500g Skinless Chicken Breast (bashed thin)
- 3 eggs
- 1x packet of bread crumbs

- Beef instead of chicken
- Sweet Chilli Sauce

Let's Cook this thing!

 

Step 1 (Seasoning)

- Sprinkle some cracked sea salt all over your chicken pieces on both sides.

- Add cracked pepper also.

- Add garlic powder also.

- Add onion powder also.

Step 2 (Egg Beating

- Crack the 3 eggs into a bowel and beat them up with a fork or a wisk.

Step 3 (Dipping)

- When your eggs are nicely beaten, dip your chicken pieces into the egg mix.

Step 4 (Crumbing)

- Grab a large plate and spread some bread crumbs all over it.

- Dip your chicken into the bread crumbs and use your fingers to press the bread crumbs into the chicken to form a nice batter.

Step 5 (Frying)

- Fill a large frying pan with about half a centimeter's thick of olive oil and heat to a low to medium setting.

- When the pan starts to get hot, place the chicken cutlets in.

Step 6 (Flipping and De-Oil-ization)

- After about 5 to 8 minutes, check on your cutlets and when they are nicely browned you can turn them over.

- When both sides are cooked, get some paper towels and spread them onto a plate.

- Place the cooked cutlets on the paper towels to absorb the oil while you are cooking the rest of them.

FINAL STEP (Serving)

- Serve the chicken cutlets on a plate.

- You can serve with sweet chilli sauce to add a ton of flavour!
