Banana Choc Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 5)

- 3 Chopped Bananas
- 1 & 3/4 cups of Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup of Margarine
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of Choc chips
- 1 egg

Step 1 (Preheating)

- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Step 2 (Greasing)

- Grease up a muffin trey with some butter or margarine.

Step 3 (Mixing)

- Melt your margarine in the microwave.

- Add into a large mixing bowel, the banana's, flour, nutmeg, baking soda, sugar, egg, and then the melted margarine.

- Mix these all together with a wodden spoon until it's thickened.

Step 4 (Blending)

- Grab a hand blender and blend the mix so that it becomes smooth and super mixed.

- After this, add your choc chips in and mix them in evenly with a wooden spoon.

Step 5 (Pouring)

- Pour a small amount of the mix into each slot on the muffin trey.

FINAL STEP (Cooking)

- Put the muffin trey into the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Keep checking until they have risen.

- Take them out and cut around with a knife, serve and enjoy!
