(Firstly) Famous Bacon & Eggs, Tomato & Onion on Toast (View Recipe)

We start off by browning some onions in a medium heated pan, followed by sizzling some juicy bacon combining with the flavours of the onion. We then chuck in six medium sized eggs and scramble it about. When 80% cooked, throw in your tomato and turn down the heat for a slow, even sizzle, making sure to continuously stir your mix. Seasoned with way too much salt and pepper, then sprinkled with some red chilli's in oil. Presenting the mix on a bed of toast, and a very generous amount of barbeque sauce, and you're in heaven!

 

(Secondly) Classic Banana Smoothy (View Recipe)

Banana's are one of the best things to cure hangovers, with all of vitamins and minerals and crap in it, it's sure to replace any lost from the previous night, as well as binding that eaten away stomach lining with a nice layer of banana mush which your stomach will thank you for. We chuck in too much milk, a huge chunk of some classic vanilla icecream, (don't use any fat free stuff, it's crap!), and finishing it with the secret ingredient, two large bananas. Blended on the highest speed for a good 10 seconds and serving in a solid glass. Mmmmm...
